This frustrating plot twist is pushing the show forward. Each girl (other than Hannah) is involved with some douche.

I HATE the dick who is making music Cow girls be like I’m a doll yeah so was chucky you crazy heifer shirt with Marnie. She ditched a man who worshipped her for several scumbags. Ray is so brilliant like the one sane foil amongst these confused self-involved characters, and Marnie is so arrogant she would not deign to love him. One begins to feel sympathy for Hannah again. It is puzzling that Adam would be so quickly involved with another woman and not communicate with Hannah. Jessa is such an utter bitch to everyone. Shosh has emerged as a deceptively intelligent and blunt woman hiding in a flakey disguise. Obviously engaging and infuriating at the same time, I am unable to stop watching this story unfold.
