Oh gosh, I had a white food eater too. I tried everything. She still struggles with tummy issues today but is getting there. Sometimes you can’t force them but always provide choices for them and encourage them to try. Keep offering all of it. Portion the others appropriately. Hungry kids will eventually eat. Now if they eat and it makes them sick, that another issue. Allergy testing would be a good idea, in that case, to see what the sensitivities are. The age group of toddlers through 6/7 is pretty average to be picky eaters. Whole Foods are best but vitamins and supplements can fill in the blanks. Talk to your pediatrician, make a plan, and stick to it. They’ll be fine.

I have still been trying to give him alternative options like toasties, honey chicken, and stuff, and only in the last week he has been saying he likes them.. peoples taste buds change over time. I remember when I was a child I was picky but now not at all.. just keep trying different things like vegetable fritters and things like that for nutrition.. my son has never really eaten meat unless its chicken nuggets and, to be honest, I doubt there is hardly any nice meat in them.
