The Center for American Progress? Thoroughly Marxists. You ruined a credible post Move over girls let this old lady show you how to be a postal worker vintage shirt. Then again, government monopolies are Marxist too. This post reminded me of my early years at the Akron Ohio main office in 1982. I was asked by the postmaster at the plant to embellish some otherwise drab walls in the lobby, box, and stamp collecting window. I redesigned 8 of these stamps and painted them on a 9′ x 40′ wall above the windows. By redesigning I mean I hid all kinds of things in my version. There were employees and relatives’ faces, pets, names, etc hidden throughout.

You can see the scale in the pictures Move over girls let this old lady show you how to be a postal worker vintage shirt. The pictures of actual stamps were placed over the stamp collecting window, while the high school logo was one of the many painted in the box lobby. All of the Akron schools were represented as well as the University of Akron. These paintings remained untouched until postal stores and all lobbies looking the same came along. They were demolished and unfortunately I have no idea where the rest of my photos went. After they came down I was asked to do something inside the philatelic office and that’s when I discovered the art of Intarsia and recreated the logo for the Portage Path Philatelic center.
