My suggestion would be to sleep when your baby sleeps as I did with my first. They sleep so much and will probably wake up a few times a night. I eventually co-slept with my second (and would only suggest this if you don’t move around when you sleep or are a very light sleeper as I am), since I worked full time it was the only way I could get any sleep. Eventually, they will be on a schedule, it’s hard for the first couple of years with breastfeeding or waking up for bottles, but you’ll get through it and feel whole again. I promise.

Do the exact same thing for bedtime every day and do a mini version for Shit so happy I’m fifty five shirt. Finding the type of swaddle that your baby likes(mine loves her Love to Dream transition sleep sack). Keeping them busy during awake times to tucker them out. Sleep sack!! My little girl is 4 months and we put her in 1 at night and she sleeps until we wake her the next morning. If you get the 1 with the wings, their arms are down and they can’t move, so they stay asleep. Bub (4months) has a strict night schedule but during the day I follow his cues. He’s normally awake for two hours before needing a nap.
