He had been on it and lost quite a bit of weight. SlimFast came in liquid shakes or a powder to make your own shakes. The powder came in several size containers. I was watching a game on TV and the panned to Tommy in the dugout. He had a 2 Ltr size container and a fork in his hand. He was eating pasta out of the Slimfast container during the game.
